Procedures:-
Buyer will send signed ICPO with BCL to End Seller.
End Seller will send final FCO to End Buyer for his Sign and seal.
End Seller will send draft SPA to buyer approval.
After sign in the Sales Contract, Seller bank will supply POP. Past SGS copy. Buyer will open 100% LC at sight basis from Top class bank.
