7. QUALITY DETERMINATION
The Quality will be determined by an independent surveyor appointed by seller and
approved by buyer at loading port which shall be final and binding for settlement
Purposes.

8. WETGHT DETFRMTNATTON
The weight of cargo shall be determined by means of draft survey by mutually agreed
independent surveyor at the loading port. The weight so determined shall be final and
binding for settlement purposes.

9. PRE SHIPMENT ANALYSIS
lf buyer intends to do pre-shipment analysis the cost of independent surveyor shall be on
buyer’s account.

10. PAYMENT
. Payment of 95 % Loading Port Tanjung lntan - Cilacap Central Of Java
Indonesia. Documentary Letter of Credit ( DLC ) for 100% contract-value for
each shipment in favor of Seller. Payment 5 % ( CIF ) Port Qingdao - China

 We are the steel company from souther part of China. I need to purchase iron sand(10mm following) 50,000 MT to 150,000 each month. Would you please quote me your best price. CIF or CFR to Fangcheng Port Guangxi, China. CIQ or SGS. Payment term Irrevocable DL/C at long term contract 1 to 2 years. Also please forward me your spec.We wish to receive performance bond from you. My boss will add the extra margin on the quotaion for his commission.
